Season 4 of Hell’s Kitchen aired on Fox between April 1 and July 8, 2008. Culinary student Christina Machamer, from St. Louis, Missouri, was the winner of that season and became Senior Sous Chef at Gordon Ramsay’s London West Hollywood in Los Angeles, with a salary of $250,000.
